Sherry also has a divorce coaching practice called Divorce Resiliency Counseling & Coaching. She has written two books to support anyone who is going through divorce.
Practical Exercises to Heal Yourself and Help Your Kids Thrive was written as a guidebook for both co-parents to work together to create a joined and united parenting plan in order to co-parent your kids from two households. It also has exercises to help you process your emotions and help your kids do the same. Most people who are going through a divorce and have children worry about their children’s well-being. This book is an excellent resource to make sure you kids flourish post-divorce!
Release the Trauma of Your Divorce and Reconnect with Your Best Self is written for women who are within two years post-separation of their spouse and provides many exercises and resources to help you to heal from your experience and not only survive your divorce but thrive!
Guided Meditation
Meditation is one of the best free activities you can do for your mental health. Sherry has guided many clients and groups through a chakra meditation to help participants feel more centered, at peace and in balance. This meditation is in the development phase so continue to check this page for updates.
