Rates and Services

We are a 100% virtual practice and use Telehealth for virtual sessions, which is HIPAA compliant. This allows us to serve clients from all parts of North or South Carolina and allows you to stay in the comfort of your own home.  You will receive a link to access the session via email and/or text prior to your appointment. We accept the following insurance for individual therapy only.

Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS)

United Healthcare

If you don’t have one of these insurance carriers, or you are seeking couple’s therapy, we are considered out-of-network and our private-pay rate would apply.  We can provide you with a detailed invoice so you can submit for out-of-network benefits. We can accept FSA benefits if you have them. Our private-pay rates are as follows:

Individual session: $140

Couple’s session: $185

Any time spent over 1-hour is pro-rated and rounded to the nearest 15 minute increment.  We accept all major credit cards. Please note, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy and charge $75 if a cancellation occurs within 24-hours. For last minute cancellations or no-shows the full session rate will be charged. If you need to cancel and can do so outside of the 24-hours, you will not be charged. You will receive an appointment reminder 24-hours before your appointment time.  Please do not reply to the email or text reminder to cancel as we will not see it and you will be charged. You are encouraged to cancel in the client portal or by contacting your therapist directly.
